"The experience of buying my first H-D was top notch. The salesman was great, but if the entire dealership would not have been great also, I would have purchased closer to home. Within an hour of my home are 4 dealerships, but I chose to drive 9 hours to deal with Paul, my salesman. The Service Department was also the best I have come in contact with. "I brought my 07 fxst in on a Friday to get its' 1000 mile maint. The service dept. said they would try to get it in before wed., which was great.
I stopped in on Sat. to see if I could get the thing out to ride and bring back in mon.(riding days getting fewer this time of year) and to to my surprise the bike was on the rack getting serviced.
Your tech Jim was great and got me on the road quickly. The bike runs great and I am able to take advantage of this good weather because of your dedicated employees.
Born and raised in the area I have heard of the great reputation Pierce holds and now can testify for myself its' truth!
I am ashamed to say I did purchase my bike elsewhere but will (with my family) make future purchases from your Dealership. Thanks Dan Berres "

"To management,
I wanted to take the time to write an e-mail thanking one of your service personnel. I came in to your shop on Monday trying to find a solution to my 1987 FLTC ignition problem. I talked to Mark in service and he was more than willing to help me and to find a solution to my ignition problem. He ended up steering me to a Compu-fire ignition which replaced my pickup and module. I told him I was comfortable installing it , but not timing it. He assured me it was not hard and he walked me through the process. It runs good again thanks to Mark. It is not to often you get people in this world who are willing to take time out of their schedule to help you. I been to other dealers and I have never been offered this kind of customer service. I think Mark should be recognized for his efforts and I will definitely be coming back to you guys again.

"The customer service and attention to detail are like no other bike dealership i have ever dealt with. My salesman, Paul Giraldo, was very helpful in making my purchase of a 2007 Fatboy. He's not your typical shove it down your throat, take it or leave it, kinda guy. He helped me along with my purchase and also was very knowledgable when it came to picking out extras for my bike. "It is an honor to have Pierce HD in my home state. ALL of the other dealers in my area are useless compared to Pierce in my opinion. Also the museum is always a treat, I could listen to Wayne all day long, you guys really know your bikes.
